“Nothing short of amazing.”

Here’s our finished fireplace project using 35% Spring Creek and 65% Autumn Mountain….we wanted to mix the colors of the Autumn Mountain tones with the grey tones of Spring Creek.  This is our house in Austin, TX (which is going to be a retirement home hopefully someday!).

We could not be happier with our Airstone Project. We took our boring painted sheet rocked fireplace and finished with a true feature wall complete with the TV being surrounded with the beautiful rock.

We had planned on doing something with the sheet rocked area, but were looking for the perfect finish, since this is a second story fireplace, we knew we needed something that wouldn’t be too heavy. The project took about 4 days to complete due to the height and depth of the fireplace wall, as well as the cuts necessary to surround our TV box. It is 12′ tall on one side and 11′ tall on the shorter angled side.

The project was a lot like playing TETRIS! We laid out all of the different colors and sizes and then started mixing and matching to get a good blend!!  The finished project is nothing short of amazing.                   —  LynDee
